或许，在虚拟物不断裹挟自我以及周遭现实的当下，我们的肉身是普遍缺席的；我们对于身体的感知也可能会趋于缺失。换言之，我们与身体的距离可能会越来越遥远。

作品呈现出人类身体与电子机体二者并置相连的视觉面貌，特别之处在于，电子机体与虚拟世界中的数据身体截然不同的是，数据身体总是将肉身体征最大限度地隐去，而电子机体装置却恰恰放大了人类肉身的活性和韵律。在展演现场，表演者身体的姿态、肌肤的体温、脉搏的跳动和脑电波均可被可穿戴设备捕获，并转译为机体装置上多样化的动态和声音，让你听见身体，唤醒对身体的感知，重新体会身体在场的力量。

Perhaps, at a times when virtual objects are constantly enveloping ourselves and the reality around us, our physical body is generally absent; our perception of the body may also tend to be lost. In another words, we may become increasingly distant from our bodies.

​

The work presents the juxtaposition and connection of the human body and the electronic body. The special feature is that the electronic body is different from the data body in the virtual world in that while the data body always minimizes the physical signs, the electronic body device amplifies the activity and rhythm of the human body. In the exhibition site, the performer's body posture, skin temperature, pulse beat and brain waves can be captured by the wearable device and translated into diverse dynamics and sounds on the electronic body, allowing you to hear the body, awaken the perception of the body and re-experience the power of the body's presence.
